STORM LIKE NEVER SEEN BEFORE... Finally we all turn to the same page... Sunny and warm weather coming...

Weather Forecast:
Part 1: What is going on?!?!...
Part 2: STORM WAS REALLY MORE LIKE A TROPICAL STORM...
Part 3: Finally we all turn to the same cold page...
Part 4: Warm and sunny week ahead...
Part 5: Westport Weather...

Part 1:

Well the weather is so bad here in Westport, CT that i have had no power for about 3 days now and the internet is down, so i am having lots of trouble blogging... I apologize for not blogging once yesterday!!!! It seems this pattern of having so much trouble blogging will continue for at least the next couple of days!!!! So bear with me here!!!!.... Now to the latest on the weather!!!!...

Part 2:

I cannot even describe words for this storm!!!! Kennedy airport picked up 75 mph winds... Staten island has already picked up 6.75 inches of rain... More than 1 million are without power... Trees are down everywhere... at least 4 people are dead after this horrible storm... Flooding still remains a problem... And the storm still has more left in it!!!! Yes, this storm is not over... Although it probably won't be as bad as the past couple of days south of Boston, it will be bad... Boston you will still see a lot of flooding rains and strong winds today, as well as to your North and West!!!! South of there do not think you are of the hook!!!! This storm is just sitting in that perfect position... So expect gusts at least up to 40 mph with additional rainfall of anywhere from 0.5 inches to 1.5 inches before all is set and done... Again, this is south of Boston... Boston and north an additional 1.5 to 3 inches of rain is possible... More trees to fall and power outages are expected too... Now, even though i am going to talk all about this in Part 5, i would like to just take time to talk about WESTPORT, CT... This was one of the hardest hit places!!!! I could not even get to my house yesterday... Fire trucks and emergency vehicles are just about everywhere with trees down with fire on them across just about every single road... Also more than 60% of Westports power is gone, and they think it could be up to a week before the power is back on!!!! Wires are lieing across streets, roads are still flooding, winds are still gusting, they can't even attempt to put the power back on... I heard yesterday they are actually calling in vehicles from NH to help with the whole situation!!!! All Westport Public Schools are closed, and that was called at around 2:00 PM yesterday!!!! This is the first time that Westport Schools have been closed to due weather other than snow!!!! Schools may be closed again tomorrow and maybe more time than that... For more on Westport weather you can of course always go to part 5... Now back to the northeast... It seems there will be scattered downpours south and west of boston today... But there is a line of rain and wind the is around Providence, and it is moving quickly to the west... This will bring more steady and heavy rains and winds to the western Northeast region later today... So i can tell you now that no one is in the clear for this storm... Now where it gets really interesting is tonight where we may have snow mixing in!!!! This will be to the north of I-95, but still pretty weird stuff going on... That's it for now, expect more updates coming as soon as possible!!!!...

Part 3:

Finally, after way too long, we all turn to the same page... Accuweather.com, Weather.com and others finally turn to the same page, meaning they all see the cold weather on its way... But it really did take too long... It looks like there will be a storm on the 21st that will be rainy and windy and cold... On the back side of this storm there will be really cold weather with rain changing to snow... This will be from the interior Northeast all the way to the Big cities... How much snow and how cold remains uncertain at this time... After that it look to stay cold for a good period of time before we have to watch some kind of storm around the 26th... That's it for now... This will become our main focus as the week continues...

Part 4:

I think most of you will be very happy to know that this week will be very sunny and very warm!!!! Expect temperatures to be around or just below 60 degrees and as the week wears on, someone will probably hit 70 south of NYC and Philly... A lot of folks will see mid 60's, and the rest of you (Upstate NY, VT, NH, ME, MA) Will probably see upper 50's and lower 60's... Sun will is also likely to accompany this warm weather and after tomorrow the wind should die down as well... That's it for now... Enjoy your warm and sunny week...

Part 5:

WOW!!!! Getting home yesterday was a real obsticle course... Trees down every 10 or so feet, trees on fire, trees on cars, and even trees on houses... I also have seen rivers over flowing, trees on cars, and even trees on houses... It's been crazy here and Wesptort was definitely one of the hardest hit places... It is so bad here that they ended up closing our public schools... I will give it a 40% chance that we do not have school tomorrow, but that could change... Now lets get to the forecast... Right now it is probably cloudy with maybe some sprinkles... Expect a steady rain to fall later today with winds picking back up... Sorry for the rush... More computer problems... That's it for now...
